The Flying Horse

Yes. A student recommended/ran bar in the city center downtown.
So we'd been hearing about it from both the ERASMUS kids and the Dutch students that there are student prices and student nights at The Flying Horse, so finally school started and Thursday night came around so we went out to see what it was.
I could probably try to explain what it
was like, but I believe in the phrase,
"A picture is worth a thousand words,"
so here is one that will do. ;)
Hahaha. And most people can't believe that was me just being me, and completely sober. I just saw the other girls up there and wanted to try it too. So when a song I knew came on I had people help me on up, and represented as best as I could: American girl singing and dancing to Raise your Glass by P!nk haha. (For those of you who might not be familiar here's a youtube link to it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvvamodXZbw) It was awesome cuz halfway through I was getting people more into it and raising their drinks to it....as well as one of the bartenders giving me a free beer. :)
It was also pretty fun that they played a lot of American music, like the song that followed Raise your glass happened to be Sweet Home Alabama. Yes. P!nk followed by Lynyrd Skynyrd....haha. Which is roughly when my awesome roommate joined me up there.

The whole was so much fun, and I hope there are more night like these in the future.
