The International Business Program made Windesheim news!!!!

As you all may know now, I am studying International Business and Management at my home university: University of Wisconsin - Platteville. During my study here abroad I am enrolled in their International Business School under the title "Doing Business around the World." In my last post I mentioned where the everyone is from for the international program abroad. However this one focuses on the Business School only. According to our Business contact person, Jamilla ter Steege, "we made it to the news of Windesheim!!! :-D (Record number of nationalities at the business school) Proud!!"

The minor in International Business Studies this year has a huge growth in popularity, not only among Dutch students. From Belgium to South Korea, from around the world are students interested in this international program offered at Windesheim.

For the first time the minor with three classes, where also a record number of nationalities enrolled. In total there are 16 different nationalities among the students this academic year will start with a minor in International Business Studies. This proves that the international program of Windesheim increasingly attractive is found by the students of the 50 international partner universities.

I am in the front row (representing the USA by myself, since Charla is in the engineering program) 7th in from the right.

International Business Studies

This English minor Dutch students with foreign students. International exchange and cooperation is high on the 'agenda' within the minor. Students are organizing activities to promote mutual understanding and exchange of different cultures optimally. The range of subjects is very diverse.Subjects like Global Trends and Issues, International Transport and Logistics and European Policy Law give the students insight in international business. For more information about the minor and the offer on the web about International Business Studies .
